* REPORTING TO : Deputy ICT Manager/ Business Director/ Principal
*DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deploy/install, maintain, upgrade IT equipment and standard applications
- Support the school’s users to troubleshoot the problems occurring on their desktops including problems with IT equipment, OS and standard applications.
- Manage, update inventory for all IT equipment
- Train users on correct and efficient use of hardware/software applications and ensure that it is compiled to the organization’s IT policy.
- Operate help desk service.
- Other tasks required by the Line Manager and School Leaders

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields
- At least 2 years of IT work experience- Experience in IT support (Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Projector, ..) Operating systems (Windows 7, 10) and various office applications
- Good command of English (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge and experience in systems such as WSUS, AD, is an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in software development is an advantage
- Have CCNA or MCSA is an advantage
- Practical experience in an English-speaking environment is preferable
- Hard working, excellent problem solving skills and good aptitude for learning new technology
