Mô tả công việc
• Installing and configuring & maintenance computer hardware operating systems (servers, computers, laptops, printers…etc.)
• In charge of security of all systems especially internal data storage, manage back up data
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, installing antivirus protection, fixing network faults…ect
• Daily admin and monitoring of network use, technical support for people using the network and supervising helpdesk staff.
• Controlling Internet systems, office appliances and machines
• Providing support, including other documentary and technical supports
• ERP application management.
• Other tasks as assigned by Managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 3 years experienced in IT support Hardware/Software/Network.
• University Degree in IT and/or Telecommunications
• Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
• English: communication.
• Well-organized on job.
• Able to work independently and teamwork.
• Good communication and negotiation skills¬
