You would be involved in:
- The integrated pricing tool (IPT) supports and maintains user side computers and peripherals which includes installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and upgrading/replacing hardware while ensuring optimal performance
- The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide customer enabling for a standard suite of products
- Most processes this position is responsible for are measured with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as defined by Bosch
- Manage and respond to incident/requests, change and asset management through the use of corporate Ticket manage system tool such as SMT or TicketExpert
- Provide end-user Technical support about price f(x) products
Know-how on Pricing calculation domain
- Product configuration
- Price strategy configuration
- Price promotion
To resolve the ticket:
- Understanding Business / product price requirement, Logic, and troubleshoot the issues and root cause
- Fix the issues via Scripting (like Excel macro script), can be trained, or can give to developer
- Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of problems for a variety of customers, and recommend and implement corrective hardware solutions, including off-site repair as needed
- Receive and respond to calls and e-mails regarding computer related problems
- Need to be User orientation and Customer Mindset, very good English communication, customer handling, process adherence.

- 1-3 years of experience in a related IT Support/ Consultant position
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science preferred
- Well developed oral and written communication skills, strong customer service/awareness orientation
- Able to analyze complex situations and provide sound solutions in a timely manner and able to present ideas in a user-friendly language
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology. ITIL Foundation/MCSA certification is plus
- Excellent time management skills; capable to deliver results on time for the tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Able to work independently or team player under hard pressure
- Location - Ho Chi Minh City. Some occasional travel to other sites required
