IT Support/ IT Officer (Urgent)

IT officers are mainly responsible for the smooth running of IT systems and ensuring end-users get maximum benefits from them.
 In charge all things relative to IT at center
 Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
 Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
 Weekly checking lab-room system
 Responsible on center classroom IT equipment operation
 Classroom & Center IT equipment weekly maintenance
 Make sure all system is working properly at all times (access control, online CCTV, server, PA & sound, TV, Server, Software on each desktop & laptop PCs,) at centers
 Backup tasks: edit video, assign ID card, printing
 Collect & report attendance, telephone, photocopy data to line manager
 Manage, create, setup account system (windows, mail, chat...)

 Talk staff or customer through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone/remote support method, to help set up systems or resolve issues
 Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
 Checking & replace parts as required
 Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
 Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
 support the roll-out of new applications
 Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password/login issues
 Work continuously on a task until completion (can referral to third party’s solution, if appropriate)
 Prioritise and manage many open new school cases at one time
 Test, evaluate & suggestion new technology
 Manage & report IT asset at each center has assigned from line manager
 Weekly Report IT status to line manager
Other task from line manager

 At least 2 years of experience in the same position
 Computer Technical skills required
 The ability to think logically
 A good memory of how software and operating systems work
 Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with staffs/clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
 The ability to work well in a team
 Strongly problem-solving skills is Plus
 A strong problem focus
 The ability to prioritise your workload
 Attention to detail
 Read English documents
 Always try hard to improve is plus
