Mô tả công việc
• Remuneration: Salary (negotiable)
• Working location: Ho Chi Minh City (Nhà Bè, Q7, Q2), Ha Noi.
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Troubleshoot user’s problems.
• Knowledge for hardware server, RAID.
• Troubleshooting system active directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Collaborate with a third party service provider to solve problems as Viettel, ERP, VoIP phone, etc.
• Consulting customer solution for their problem and system.
• Onsite at customer site for monthly maintenance, solving problem OR local base there if working under IT Outsourcing Contract.
• Documentation and reporting.
• Others ad-hoc task assigned by your IT Support Leader/ IT Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Experience from 2 to 3 years.
• Good communication skills and can use English is preferable.
• Driven and enthusiastic about new technologies.
• Confident and able to provide solution driven problem solving.
• Team spirit, proactive and creative.
