IT Support/ IT Helpdesk

• Gather and analyst user requirements, documentation for each site office.
• Closely work with I.T Corporate to implement new projects.
• Efficiently plan for data backup and data safe.
• Provide training to users
• Ensure all PC compliance with safety policies and regulation at all time.
• Responsible for the enforcement of company’s internal labor regulation, policies and procedures or any instruction from the Management
• Responsible to control, protect company's asset.
• Others I.T duties assigned by I.T Manager/ Group I.T Director.
• Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed

Must to have
• Bachelor's Degree in IT - Fresh graduated is encouraged to apply.
• Certification in CCNA and MCSA .
• In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure .
• Have IT experience in deploying System (AD, DHCP, DNS, File Server...), Firewall, VPN concentrators, intelligent routing protocols, logging, reporting, diagrams, and systems management, Internet Leased Line, Mega WAN, FTTH.
• Manage hosting and website (Drupal 8)
• Ability to set up and configure Network Infrastructure (Cisco Switches, Router, Routing…etc) .
• To be potential set up Windows Server, DC, VMWare
• Good experienced in PC support and troubleshooting, server installation/administration and setting up/maintenance of network
• Good experienced in Helpdesk support and IT operations
• Fairly verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have
• Having experience with Drupal CMS is a big plus.
• Knowledge about Swift, Java script is advantage.
• Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Web Optimization are Plus
• Strong communication and personal skills: ability to interact and work well with members of other functional groups in a project team
• Ability to estimate time to complete tasks and respect it.
