Mô tả công việc
- Maintain and repair all computers with appropriate patches, security updates, anti-virus and spy-ware solutions.
- Responsible for setup, implement, developing and maintaining the smooth operation of the internal network and local system.
- Control and troubleshooting critical Hardware / Software / LAN related problems.
- Working with Supplier: Product warranty, Hardware repair, etc.
- Installation of service pack, hot-fix & update and peripheral equipment (Client).
- Training for user, help-desk support and perform new user setup.
- Technical support, repair and re_install software: Windows OS, applications, etc.
- Manage: Wireless Access Point / Timekeeper / Barcode Scanner
- Network Monitoring: LAN, PCs
- Troubleshooting: PCs / Laptop / Printer / Scanner and Applications
- Make plan to maintain hardware and software for computers system
- Support to all user in computer problem / Print Server
- Job report to IT Manager
