Mô tả công việc
– Provide first level of end users support.
– Install and setup computers, office equipment for users at offices, distribution centers, and showrooms.
– Support and troubleshoot system and network problems, hardware and software faults.
– Arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house.
– Support users using office equipment by providing necessary training and advice.
– Manage IT asset database, keep record of handover confirmation.
– Monitor, review network performance on regular basis.
– Document and maintain the Company’s network configuration values.
– Participate to IT application implementation projects.
– Support the application team in administrative tasks for IT applications.
– Maintain compliance with corporate IT standards and policies.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
– Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in Information Technology/ Computer Science.
– Having relevant Microsoft or Cisco certifications is a plus.
– At least 1 year experience in IT support or customer service for IT industry.
– Experience in administration of MS Windows domain networks.
– Good knowledge of LAN/WAN network infrastructure, computer software and hardware.
– Experience with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Exchange, antivirus software, VoIP.
– Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMWare) is a plus.
– Having relevant Microsoft or Cisco certifications is a plus.
– At least 1 year experience in IT support or customer service for IT industry.
