Mô tả công việc
- Provide technical support, system installation (Linux, Windows…), problem shooting to user related with software (depend on the project) and other standard IT System including Database, Web Services etc.
- Develop and maintain technical support document.
- Provide client technical support to the customer via E-Mail, phone and customer onsite.
- Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
- Communicate with partner technical support in order to find suitable resolutions for solving customer issues.
- Keep updating and learning new technology.
- Assist internal staff for IT issues.
- Assist on company activities assigned by supervisor including technical document translation, updating technical information in company website and so on.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or relevant.
- At least 2 years experienced in supporting IT system.
- Experienced in application deployment or development is a plus.
- Capable of self-study and fast-learner with a positive attitude towards new technology.
- Strong personality: creative thinking; good negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
- Good command in oral and written English.
- Good interpersonal skills with understanding of cross-cultural issues.
