IT - Support Engineer

- Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications
- Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
- Communicate with internal users and external business partners, e.g. suppliers and factories
- Provides onsite training and technical support at factory floor
- Update IT documentation and prepare training material
- Coordinate and collaborate with Asia IT team
- Communicate with headquarters IT team for ticket escalation and case follow-up
- Ad-hoc projects/ tasks assigned by supervisor

- Good knowledge of Linux / Windows administration, Networking, Firewall Management
- Knowledge in working with Docker / Container technology would be a benefit
- Knowledge in open source monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK) is a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft OS platform (Windows 7/10/Server 2016…etc.), Linux OS (Ubuntu, Centos…etc.)
- Good documentation skills
- Good team player and able to work independently under tight project schedule and pressure
- Have experience in working for fully cycle of IT project
- Good written and oral communication in English is a MUST
- Willing to travel very frequently and/or on ad-hoc basis

* Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Information Systems / Computer Science
- At least 3~5 years experiences in IT technical and business application supports
