Mô tả công việc
IT Support – Marketing area:
• Assist to research, develop and execute effective marketing communication for offline and online marketing activities.
• Production of marketing collateral and implementation.
• Sourcing of support information, customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness while monitoring competitor activates.
• Support in agent affiliation and supplier procurement.
• Perform daily ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time by the Reporting Officer.
Customer Service area:
• Service and coordinate all order related activities to meet the requirements of the customers.
• Answer enquiries and respond to customer requests.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly manner, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
• Provide customers with products and service information.
• Follow-up on unsolved customer inquiries.
• Act with confident by answering or finding the answers to customer questions and finding solutions to customer issues.
• Process customer orders and/ or changes to achieve timely response and delivery to the customers.
• Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customer business confidential.
• Handle customer problems with professionalism; refer more complex issues to the Customer Service Manager or other management as necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures and take responsibility to keep up to date on any changes.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Business Administration, Economy or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Customer care, communication skill
• Must converse well in English
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.
• A good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
