- Monitor and provide solution to prolems relating to hotel's guest-room-system such as: internet, IP phone, cable...
- Be in charge of optimizing network system, office equipments... (switch, router, IP phone)
- Provide support to guests in best service once requested
- Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in IT related majors
- Being able to work shift, especially afternoon shift
- Open to fresh-graduated candidates but experience in service field at IT positon would be preferred
- Communication English is a plus
- Good teamwork skills.
