IT Supervisor: NAV System Support

The position refers to Finance Manager in Spectre GT on daily basis, with dual reference to Group CFO in Denmark. 80 % of this job is related to Spectre Groups overall ERP system NAV 2016/TRIMIT. We need a person who understand and can work with processes and business system.
The NAV supporter in Vietnam works close together with our Group NAV Responsible situated in Latvia. We need to align internal processes so we work the same way cross border.
We need a person with a back-ground from a similar position (not just an IT person). It is two different areas. Maybe a person from a MS NAV Dynamic environment.
It is important that this position also can work close together with our Business Process Owner (BPO).

Responsibilities and duties:
o Evaluate, measure, monitor, integrity and control business process in Microsoft Dynamic NAV 2016/TRIMIT *)
o Identify and implement changes and improvements to process (co-ordinate with Group NAV Responsible)
o Inform Group NAV Responsible about program errors, necessary changes and improvements
o Collaborate with all departments to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes
o Introduce innovation into the processes to impact the results and focus on the entire process
o Develop and implement project plans for ERP functional support tasks decided by NAV Responsible/NAV Board
o Work as a system analyst with key personnel to help user needs
o Develop and implement small modifications in ERP, maintain defined master data records
o Ensure updates and re-certification of internal guidelines in collaboration with BPO, Super-users, NAV Group responsible and NAV Board
o Develop and present training materials for end users with support from Super-users
o Lead and drive ERP projects and attend in upgrade of presents ERP and IT systems
o Create visual tools for process indicators to support leading indicators and KPI’s
o Develop a continuous improvement action plan for master data compliance
o Routine monitoring and pulsing of actions to drive performance improvements
o Reduce/eliminate non-value added activities in using existing ERP
o Lead the Super users and participate in team meetings locally and within the Group across the border
o Communicate and share best practices across the organization
o Data validation, maintain and controlling the consistency of data in the ERP system
o Ensure that no SUB systems are made/implemented unless approved by NAV Group responsible/NAV Board
o Maintain local users according to company policy related to Dashboards, Role Centre
o Point of contact with third party vendors
o Make weekly report to Group NAV Responsible
o Close co-operation with local IT specialist in Vietnam

o IT background;
o English fluently;
o Understand business process/system and operation
o Experienced +/-5 years
o Experienced with NAV/TRIMIT or other ERP system set up is preferable.
