IT Supervisor

- Coordinates with the Head of IT and the IT Team to ensure maximum availability and continuity of Information Technology resources.

- Provide second level support for Infrastructure and System issues. Maintain Systems Security.

- Monitor and track Network & System Platforms to maintain performance and standards.

- Maintain the infrastructure access control list for review and audit purpose.

- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools

- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

- Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure.

- Updating and patching equipment. Apply OS patches and upgrades on a monthly/quarterly basis for Windows and Linux servers.

- Communication with staff/customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.

- Weekly Report IT status to line manager

- Other task from line manager

- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Linux and Microsoft infrastructures that include Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP

- 3+ years of experience of VMware ESXi, and vSphere 5.5+ administration in an enterprise environment.

- 1+ years of experience working with storage devices which include Storage Area Networks (SAN), Network Attached Storage (NAS), and Directly Attached Storage (DAS).

- Ability to write Power shell scripts and debug scripts.

- 1-3+ years of experience working in 24x7x365 environment.

- Understanding of networking as it relates to server administration and troubleshooting.

- 3+ years of experience working with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS administration and management.

- 1+ years of experience working with Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), Wifi, Firewalls, and VPN.

- Certifications such as Linux+, A+, N+, Security+, MCSA, or MCSE are a major plus.

- 3+ years of experience working with Blades servers and Rackmount servers: HPE, DEL EMC, IBM.

- Experience Managing Linux and Microsoft Infrastructures: 3 years

- Must be highly motivated and able to research and learn new technologies.

- The ability to think logically

- A good memory of how software and operating systems work

- Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with staffs/clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
