IT Supervisor

2. Reports To: IT Manager
3. Job Purpose
- Operate IT system at Center
- Support end-user
4. Working Relationships
- Internal: SUV staff
- External: Supplier/ Vendor
5. Responsibilities
- In charge all things relative to IT at centers
- Responsible on center classroom IT equipment operation
- Classroom & Center IT equipment weekly maintenance
- Make sure all system is working properly at all times (access control, online CCTV, server, PA & sound, TV, Server, Software on each desktop & laptop PCs,) at centers
- Manage IT asset at centers
- Manage, create, setup account system (windows, mail, chat...)
- Support all staffs on IT issues, guide staff on IT
- Report immediate/weekly the IT status to line manager
- Provide suggestion to improve IT system, operation
- Collect & report attendance, telephone, photocopy data to line manager
- Backup tasks: edit video, assign ID card, printing
- Support other Departments on technical request

1. Qualifications: University degree in IT or related major

2. Experience, Skills and Competences
- At least 2 years of experience in IT
- Transverse skills required
- Communication skills to work with other departments smoothly
- Technical skills required
- Knowledge of IT Equipment and IT inventory management
Language : English
Computer: Advance in IT field
