IT Supervisor ( Ha Noi)

• Supervise IT North Team.
• IT management, IT support on Brand Office HN – and HN/HP Centres and other projects.
• Database Management, database security, familiar with Student Management System is an advantage .
• Setup , install , manage, maintain computer, handle troubleshoot IT systems for Brand Office HN , HN/HP Centers and other projects .
• Maintain VOIP PBX, printers, fax, projectors and IWB / SmartTV machines.
• Procurement and vendor management.
• Design and configure network systems for Existing / New Centres .
• Administer and monitoring servers (DC Server Win 2008, File Servers, Backup Servers and Monitoring Server …)
• IT Asset Management for all centers HN/HP and report to IT Manager
• Technical supporting to others in using computer
• Propose IT solutions for the business requirements of all staffs and Manager
• Escalate to IT Headquarter if not possible to resolve locally.
• General AD management.
• Supporting to the remote sites and equipment.
• Co-ordinate with local management, on business requirements and report to IT Manager.
• Project management and application development would be an advantage.
• Other duties as assigned by IT Manager

• Vietnamese national.
• Holder of Bachelor’s degree
• Full skilled practices and applications of Microsoft Office, Window Client and Window Server 2008/2012.
• Good analysis skill and good command of English
• Good communication with customers, co-workers and partners
• Strong motivation for getting customer satisfactions
• 3-4 years’ experience working in relevant position
