SCOPE OF WORK
• Maintain system stability and ensure business alignment even when running parallel POS/ Loyalty/ ERP systems.
• Looking for the options to standardize IT services for Store Support
• Develop people for better performance and engagement
• Ensure Department Stores/Retail stores and HCM Office: IT system and IT infrastructure operation
• Supporting for User (Store Manager, AS, Cashier, FI) in terms system admin (Retail store operation advisor & Store synchronization, setup (parameter and permission group), hardware support
• Ensure end-user satisfaction through profession supporting service
• Successfully deliver good result as per IT Plan and direction in accordance with company’s business plan
• Training for Cashier and Customer Service upon request and ensure user satisfaction and coaching for member
Responsibilities:
• Support opening new stores under ERP Gold or ERP AX, implement IT system/infrastructure as per store opening plan
• Manage and maintain Department Stores/Retail stores and Hanoi Office IT system and IT infrastructure
• Manage and provide on-site support service to Department Stores/Retail Stores and Ho Chi Minh office
• Follow Head Office IT Plan upon request
• Manage IT Support team to open new stores and daily support

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- MCSA, CCNA is preferred
- Experience in Retail and Fashion is preferred
- Experience in Microsoft AX is preferred
- Experience POS functions
- Good communication, can use English
- Customer Service orientation
