Mô tả công việc
BROAD SCOPE:
- No interruption on local IT system operating.
- Cooperate with another team and central IT team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Investigate and resolve troubles related to technical hardware and software issues.
- Handle trouble analysis and reporting.
- New system (hardware/ software) deployment.
- End-users onsite support & via phone.
- Cooperate with IPS to resolve networking troubles.
- Support end-users.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/ Informatics Technology.
- At least 1 year experience in PC troubleshooting or Network & System Engineer position.
- General Desktop/ Notebook Hardware and Software Support. (Drivers, PC troubleshooting and performance optimizer, Energy Saving, BIOS, Network…)
- Microsoft Windows 7 & 8 Operating Systems and general peripheral connectivity (USB, Printers, Scanners)
- Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013 including Outlook
- Attendance system by Finger scanner machine, and software related is strongly requirement.
- Having Microsoft certificates MCSA, CCNA as an advantage.
- Fluent English speaking for working.
- Should be strong in communication skills;
