IT Staff (Networks/ System/ Helpdesk)

Working location: Lot No.36, Quang Minh Industrial Zone, Me Linh, Ha Noi (Have car pick up from Hanoi Center)

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

- Manage and enforce the IT policies and procedure in the company
- Manage the development, implementation, installation and operation of information and functional systems such as: LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, Email, antivirus and Backup...
- Manage: ERP, Domain Controller, File Server, HR servers and production related servers
- Switch Layer 2, Layer 3, Router Cisco installation/maintenance/troubleshooting
- Ensure all PCs working in good condition
- Support to ERP project: set up test environment, support user trial, feedback trial results …
- Other works as required by Manager.

**SALARY AND BENEFITS:

- Salary: 400-600$, Annual salary revision based on performance.
- Bonus: maximum = 5 month salary/1 year & minimum = 2 month salary/1 year.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:

- Education background: University/ College graduated with relevant major in Information Technology, Hardware, Networking.
- Have knowledge and experience in Microsoft server: AD, DHCP, DNS
- Have capacity of managing LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, antivirus, Office 365 email, IP phone, Camera system, website
- English communication level
- Good ability of communication, team works, have a high sense of responsibility.
