IT Staff

1. Daily duties
- Checking EDP environment
- Checking hardware status
- Starting operating system
- Checking system and application status
- Support upload data to report system
- Support update AML blacklist/warning list
- Assist for sending reports to local authorities
- Updating profile of users & IT resources list
- Back-up system data
- Check for safety all the office electronics devices, active the security detection system and lock main entry office door

2. Hardware/system/application
- New installation or fix trouble for PCs, printers, scanners…
- Updating patch and fixing application, system and network security
- Monitoring network and system for stable network working
- Support customer to install internet banking system

3. IT report programing
- Write/Update/Troubleshoot Computer programs to support develop and maintenance banking internal report.

4. IT System Operation
- Follow-up and assist to maintain systems, application program and office application
- Monitoring the RTGS data-transfer flow for stability running.

5. Others
- To perform any other duties as may be assigned by Department Head or assigned person from time to time.

- Working requirements will be discussed during interview.
