IT staff

- Managing all issues and incidents related to IT related activities (Servers, desktop, printers, firewalls, switches, CCTV, LAN, mobile apps) to ensure minimum downtime for users.
- Supporting locally and remotely. Some travelling is expected.
- Responsible for daily monitoring of the company network & systems.
- Create and maintain documentation and user guides.
- Maintain work log of IT issues reported and modifications made to IT systems.
- Ensure software license compliance.
- IT asset tracking.
- Managing IT vendors.
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
- Regular updating, maintaining backup data.
- Support IT Manager in the security, efficiency and reliability of information technology, computer systems.
- Other duties as and when assigned by IT manager.

- Must be able to read, write and converse well in English.
- Ability to read, write and converse well in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Technical competency in supporting a broad range of software and hardware.
- Knowledge and experience in managing network, server.
- Knowledge in scripting is a plus.
- Understand VPN, VLAN technologies.
- Knowledge in software licensing and IT asset managing.
- IT related certification, eg. MCSE/A, CCNA, A+, Network+, etc… highly desirable.
- 1 year experience in desktop support in a small or medium size organization.
- Honest and sincere, with initiatives.
- Resourceful, good organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work as a team or independently without supervision.
- Willing to travel.
- Willing to work during non-office hours, and overtime when required.
