IT Staff At Bangkok Bank Hanoi Branch

To be responsible for EDP i.e electronic data processing works and to do related reports of the section to Head Office, SBV and local authorities.

Accountability
1. Process and release money transfer through banking systems such as Citad, VCB money
2. Print daily reports and deliver to other departments
3. Handle related reports to Head Office, State Bank of Vietnam and other local authorities
4. Be in charge of SWIFT operations
5. Supporting bank system’s users and in maintenance of banking system (both hardware and software).
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Replacing parts as required
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the bank.
• Setting up accounts for new users and profiles and deal with password issues.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing and evaluating new technology
6. Back up for Budget Planning / Settlement Staff in processing non-personnel expenses and Treasury back office transaction.
7. Performs other duties assigned by the Management

Functional Skills
- Good understanding in manual of operations in the system
- Good knowledge in all process of work
- Having at least 2 years of experience in IT field
