IT Staff (01 Position)

In charge of IT matter in generally with the activities comprised but not limited in the specific activities below:

- Have capability and skill to monitor server system, understand and can work with ORACLE, SQL.
- Makes yearly Information System Plan/budget as required to be presented to the Company every January of the year to be reviewed semi-annually every July.
- Assures that effective interfaces exist between all of the systems and that users of the systems are provided with sufficient documentation and training to enable them to effectively use the system.
- Controls all users’ requests for information system requirements and recommends to the Company prioritization of request.
- Teaches users all system procedures and operations and entertains questions, comments and suggestions
- Ensures that all system documentations are complete and updated
- Prepares/update System Operation Instruction Manual
- Prepares System Operation Instruction Manual
- Maintains and monitors the performance and operating capacity of all computer units, telephone units (PABX system) and associated peripherals.
- Keeps all computer units, telephone units and peripherals clean and in good working condition.
- Detects and corrects causes of interruptions in computer processing in order to avoid delay in data processing and scheduled computer operation
- Recommends and gives solutions, instructions and corrective actions to avoid delays in data processing
- Recommends and provides solutions to problems regarding system hardwares and softwares

Working place: Dai An Industrial Zone, Hai Duong City.

- Male, less than 30 years old.
- Graduated college/ University on IT field
Salary: Negotiation
