• Work with related internal departments or IT vendors to test system/application/devices (include POS/EDC terminal machines at store)
• Maintenance and support on IT related issues (mainly on Point Management System)
• Manage web portal information
• Watching/monitoring system
• Manage user information
• Create/update reports for internal departments
• Contact and cooperate with IT vendors to fix issues
• Write/check policy, operational guidelines, procedures (related to IT) for back-end users on web portal/backend system
• Maintenance and support on IT related issues (mainly on Point Management System)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor degree of Information Technology
• More than one year of software development experience (in any programming language). Web application development experience is a plus
• Experiences in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel). Experience on writing macro for Excel is a plus
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Basic understanding of business system operation environment (infrastructure, network, etc.)
• Basic understanding of data center operations
• Good communication skills
• Intermediate English level
