Mô tả công việc
• Manage developers/QA to reach priorities
• Support developers to find technical solutions.
• Review technical solution/code (PRs)
• Exchange technical details/knowledge with clients via verbal/written communications in English
• Willing to work 2-3 US hours per day (with additional benefits)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Good at verbal & written communication using both English/Vietnamese
• At least 3 years of experience in technical leader role
• Qualifications: A Bachelor degree, preferably in computer-related field.
• Strong technical background is required. Proficient at one following languages/technologies NodeJS, React, Angular, Java.
• Excellent leadership skills to guide the project team & maintain team spirit through the phases of multiple-scale projects based on multiple technology platforms
• Strong problem solving, negotiation, analytical & well-organized skills
• Be punctual, committed & trustable person
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• At least 3 years of experience in technical leader role
