Mô tả công việc

We are looking to appoint an IT Software and Technical Support to be based in HCMC to support our core bespoke software as well as various IT functions and users in the Asia region. Under the supervision of the Service Desk, Asia, you will work predominantly supporting our country offices across Asia. You will also be liaising with other InXpress support teams and third-party software vendors in Asia and America where appropriate. Whilst the majority of the time this role will be focused on supporting the software our customers and franchisees use, we are looking for someone with a strong technical knowledge who can also be involved in general IT functions such as server management, security management, hardware and software installation and configuration, domain and email management.

Main Responsibilities Include:
• Providing first line support to country users in Asia of our tailor-built software solutions in the shipping industry.
• Management and communication of software issues and resolution between third party software vendors and the users.
• Training of users on the use of our software solutions and maintenance procedures.
• Installation and Configuration of software solutions. (Bespoke and third party)
• Assist in the organisation and performance of User Acceptance Testing
• End user testing of releases (both defect fixes and new features) prior to final release to all users.
• Take ownership of software issue’s full life cycle including maintenance of issue logs, tracking/monitoring, reporting, resolution and closure
• Analysing issue logs to spot trends and underlying issues
• Assist in planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance software upgrades
• Support Head of IT, Asia in setting up IT strategy, governance, controls, security, standards, processes and procedures.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Min. 1-year experiences of IT software support activities.
• Fresh graduate is also welcomed.
• Excellent English speaking & writing, familiar with supporting foreigners.
• Good understanding and experiences of software testing processes
• Strong trouble shooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Friendly, enthusiastic and a good team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm when faced with difficult situations
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to take the initiative
• Organised, capable and highly efficient to ensure prompt response times
• Enjoy continuous learning and keeping up to date with the latest IT technology

Desirable Skills / Experiences:
• Knowledge of the shipping / logistics industry
• ITIL practices
• Understand the enterprise IT architecture practices, application integration
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and security, etc.
• Knowledge of work and administration of Database, i.e., MSSQL, Aurora
• SQL skills at the level of writing simple queries
• Understanding of the programming process and basic knowledge of Java and JavaScript with the ability to read some codes
• Ability to travel within Vietnam or internationally if required.
