Mô tả công việc
You will be part of our Recruitment department located in HCMC – our main platform in Asia and work in direct collaboration with different hiring managers of Mantu worldwide to recruit IT talents for either corporate functions or consulting functions.
You main functions will include, but not limited to:
• Collection and analysis of the managers’ needs
• Writing and publishing the different job offers and follow up on the jobboards
• Sourcing, hunting and development of a network of specialized candidates
• Identification and qualification of potential candidates
• Administration and applications through the entire recruitment process
• Set up and administration through the entire recruitment process
• Pre-selection interviews via phone calls
• Interviews planning with managers
• Weekly report and meeting with your team

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally you have 1 to 4-year experience in recruitment & selection, especially IT profiles
• You have exceptionally good communication skills, dynamism, and the ability to identify talents and let them grow
• You must have the desire to join a fast growing company and are not afraid to have a heavy workload
• You have a good command of English in order to communicate efficiently with the hiring managers and pitch non-Vietnamese candidates. A third foreign language is an advantage
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet is necessary
• You have exceptionally good communication skills, dynamism, and the ability to identify talents and let them grow
