IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter

- Cooperate with Clients and Project Manager to collect and analyze recruitment activities
- Prepare job descriptions and write job advertisements on recruitment websites, social networks
- Search, review resumes, phone screen, arrange an interview
- Manage the entire recruiting process and closely follow up with all on-process candidates
- Generate and maintain candidates databases from various sources
- Promote company brand to attract the candidates through the social network, job-seeking portal and other channels to meet hiring demand
- Participate in University hiring and other company events
- Supports HR Team when requested

- At least 3 years experience in recruitment area in the IT industry
- Have good knowledge of the IT labor market and a wide network of IT professionals
- Strong communication skills to interact with people across functions and levels and the ability to identify talents and let them grow
- Hard-working, willing to learn and take initiatives are expected. Be able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Internet is necessary.
- Good at English communication, Intermediate level in English is required
