Mô tả công việc
- Make the recruitment plan, follow and execute this plan
- Build up professional recruitment process
- Management/ implementation of tasks related to recruitment activities for the departments of the company
- Select/ implement the recruitment form (advertising, posting on job boards...) in term of lowest cost- highest efficiency
- Select resumes and take part in interviewing potential candidates
- Carry out organizing recruitment events at universities, colleges, training centers, and HR consultants
- Coordinate and follow internal training for software department
- Develop programs and documentation systems, lectures and soft skills of products and services
- Other duties as assigned by HR Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably IT-related disciplines
- At least 3 years of direct experience in the same position or as Recruiter in IT/Graphics/ head hunting company
- Experience in training management.
- Experience in human resources management is a plus
- Knowledge of IT – Software/Graphics is preferred
- Language: Fluent in English
- Required skills: Good communication skill; presentation, teaching skills and interviewing skill...
