● Take over and drive the full end to end recruitment process for Development teams dedicated to GoodData project (Developers, Testers, Technical Leaders / Architects)
● Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and goals
● Coming up with innovative ideas to actively source candidates, implementing initiatives to attract
top talent and promoting LHV Software as an employer of choice
● Providing up-to-date recruitment reports & analysis, insights, and advice to management
● Close Cooperation with GoodData HR team located in the Czech Republic

Yêu cầu ứng viên
● Can demonstrate solid recruiting experience in the IT field (5+ years) and has proven experience in hiring Developers, Technical Leaders, Testers
● Has experience with e2e hiring process (candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing & offer management)
● Is able to build trust and a strong relationship with Hiring Managers and help them develop their hiring skills
● Speaks fluently English and Vietnamese
● Has excellent organizational and communication skills, innovative thinking and is self-driven
● Is willing to work in an international environment
● Has experience with e2e hiring process (candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing & offer management)
● Is able to build trust and a strong relationship with Hiring Managers and help them develop their hiring skills
