Mô tả công việc
1. Manage entire recruitment process
2. Plan and implement recruitment project (assess recruitment demand of each client, work with Hiring Managers regarding to the job requirement for vacancies)
3. Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers regarding market employment trends, compensation, skill/attributes, target companies, recruitment strategies, interviewing/assessments, and sourcing tactics
Revise clients’ Job Descriptions to fit local recruitment market and hiring channels
4. Implement activities related to hiring process of new employee (both entry and experienced level) meet client standards
5. Manage various routes for recruitment (company career website; social media; internet job boards including but not limited to VietnamWorks, ITViec, Facebook, and LinkedIn ; University alumni resources; recommendation from the employees; clients; Headhunters; Society of HR staffs; On-line advertising; tech associations; events, etc.)
6. Screen candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their motivators
7. Identify and attract the most qualified and diverse talent for our open technical positions
8. Collaborate with stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Software Engineering leads, HR department) related with recruitment and hiring (Clients, University, Headhunters, etc.)
9. Contact references to determine a candidate’s and conduct background check on selected candidates
10. Respond and follow up with the candidates after interviews
11. Maintain a good relationship with candidates for future and/or unexpected hiring need
12. Build up candidates’ database
13. Prepare offer letters
14. Build up and maintain relationship with recruitment agencies and head hunter and Universities/colleges
15. Prepare recruitment reports weekly/monthly to management
16. Plan, propose and manage the recruitment budget effectively
17. Assist Human Resource Department in organizing company events, job affairs
18. Physical preparing for the events related with recruitment

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Experience in IT recruitment. We are hiring for junior 1-2 years of experience
2. Bachelor degree (4 years degree in University), preferably in IT or HR
3. Knowledge to handle whole process of recruitment
4. Attitude to complete missions timely (Responsibility, Initiatives)
5. English Communications (Intermediate)
6. Good communicator and good at multitasking
7. Ability to work independently under high pressure and meet deadlines
8. Skill to use various Microsoft software programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
