- Main tasks: receive JD or job requirements from HR Manager/Director, then search for suitable candidates
- Contact candidates, set up interview schedule, prepare job offer or inform interview results to candidates.
- Support HR Manager to build up Employer Branding
- Manage job advertisings on company’s website
- Do some small admin jobs
- Other jobs will be assigned by HR Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
- From 03 - 05 years of recruitment experience. Experience in IT field will be strong bonus.
- Highly skilled in recruitment, operation, communication, negotiation
- Good headhunting skill and people research
- Good networking skill
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Able to learn and understand technical terms
- Be friendly, social and enthusiastic
- Good English communications skills
Benefits:
- Salary and bonus based on performance and experience
- Probation time (2 months) with full salary
- 13th month salary
- A half year bonus
- Insurances based on your gross salary
- Annual travel
- Salary review once a year
- Comfortable working environment and funny colleagues
Salary: negotiable
Working time: from Monday to Friday; 8:30 – 12:00; 13:00 – 17:30
Working place: 307B Nguyen Van Troi Street, Ward 1, Tan Binh District, HCMC
