Mô tả công việc
1. Recruitment: (80%)
• Conduct all recruitment process: making JDs, source CVs, phone screen, interview schedule, salary negotiation, offer send-out.
• Research & suggest effective recruitment channels.
• Mentor & assign tasks to recruitment interns.
• Suggest ideas to improve recruitment process.
2. Marketing & Event Support: (20%)
• Support marketing department to prepare for internal & external events.
• Other ad-hoc tasks.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 2 years of working as an IT Recruiter.
• Sound understanding about IT market.
• Good communication in English.
• Personality: open, honest, proactive creative and well organized.
