IT QC Project Manager ( Up to 2000 $ )

As a QC Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software & web products and performing the testing tasks as following:

• Management software quality team

• Implement standardized quality management process software, coaching, training new QC members and Developers

• Reading product requirements and documentation.

• Design and write a test plan, test cases, test procedure to ensure stability, good security software

• Perform functional test at the level of all new features of the website is based on the test case designed

• Doing manual/automation test (ex: Selenium)

• Analyzing test results and posting bugs.

• Develop the test strategy and workflow/framework for testing in the project

• Assisting in the development of software development life cycle and standards best practices, methodologies, techniques and tools

• Provide regular reporting to Project PMs • Hold regular status meetings with project team

• At least 5 years of experience in manual and automation testing

• Experience as QC Team Leader is required

• Understands Internet and Internet based applications, experience in Software Testing, especially in web-based application (PHP and Java Language)

• Ability to design test plan and test strategy

• Have good knowledge/experience about the testing process and testing technique (functional,
non-functional, component, integration, reliability, regression, user acceptance, load, tress, and performance testing)

• Strong knowledge in testing skills (writing test cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs)

• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion

• Effectively communicate relevant project information to Projects PM and superiors

• Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations

• Good Analysis Skills

• Good time management, self-management, and problem solving skill
