Mô tả công việc
• Research and evaluate potential ICT vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased ICT products
• Input order details (vendors, quantities, prices…) into internal databases
• Maintain updated recoeds of purchased products, delivery information and invoice
• Prepare report on purchased, including cose analyses
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Work with team members and manager to develop future purchasing plans and source potential relationships with vendors
• Collaborate with financial team members on conrtacts, invoicing, and other financial matters

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT or related field preferred
• Year of experience: 02 – 03 year as purchasing officer, IT account manager or related position
• Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes
• Proficient computer skills, including MO (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and especially Excel)
• Have knowledge about ICT field is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate, establish, and process contracts
• Able to multitask, manage time efficiently
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Able to make decision in a fast-paced environment
