Mô tả công việc
- Develop project plans, negotiate and prioritize schedules/timeline and scope that match both BUs’ requirements and company’s goals.
- Coordinate with various Business Project Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Teams, Business Users and Vendors during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
- Perform change/ risk/ conflict management throughout entire execution.
- Communicate proactively with all involved stakeholders to identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Instruct and ensure unified and simple-to-be-followed project methodology applicable across the corporate.
- Improve planning process by learning from experience; set up regular sharing workshops to develop IT/business knowledge of IT PMs

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Preferably in IT or technical degree.
- At least 3 years working experiences in software development life cycle project management with successful projects portfolio.
- Good technical understanding to discuss with technical team.
- Experience in banking/ finance domain is a big plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management, able to work under high pressure and “can do” & teamwork attitude.
- Good command of English
- At least 3 years working experiences in software development life cycle project management with successful projects portfolio.
- Good technical understanding to discuss with technical team.
- Experience in banking/ finance domain is a big plus.
