We are creating more job opportunities for potential candidates in IT Project Manager post, in a fast-track hotel resort, casino and golf course development project in Vietnam.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collect business requirements from relevant stakeholders and prepare projects documentations.
• Plan and implement projects. Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Maintains projects effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
• Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
• Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and vendors/suppliers.
• Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Integrate information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness.
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success.
• Develop a renewal and upgrade schedule for company system project plan implementation.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent speaking and writing English.
• Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience as an IT Project Management.
• Experience in big scale projects with many stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of PMBOK or PRINCE methodology.
• Strong skills in documenting and paperwork.
• Certification in PMI or PRINCE2 will be big plus.
• Experience in ERP and POS project Implementation will be plus.
• Fluent speaking and writing English.
