IT Project Manager

Software manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the people resources and processes required for new software deployment or upgrade existing products: Card System, Accounting System… The role is including:

- Management:
+ Track project activities, operation activities then report to higher manager.
+ Execute the project plan and monitor to ensure the project met the objectives
+ Work with the venders, partners to execute the agreement
+ Manage team day by day

- Requirement & Solution:
+ Work with higher manager, business users to gather business requirement, user requirement
+ Work and/or accompany with BA to perform analysis, model the requirement, document requirement
+ Support business users, end users to operate the applications
+ Support venders resolving technical issues related, designing and testing

- Communication:
+ Corporate with other departments to ensure products, projects, functions adapting objectives
+ Communicate & collaborate with venders, partners planning, developing solution and resolving the issue during the project implementation period.

- Bachelors in Computer Science or related technical majors
- 5+ years experience as a project manager, IT project manager for ERP or Card project in banking or finance.
- Good speaking and writing in English.
- Strong organizational and project management skill
- Well understanding about Oracle, MS SQL Server database
- Have knowledge in software development
