IT Project Manager

• Be the Project Delivery Manager for Technology Projects responsible for the product
• Work closely with the regional product team to ensure product is aligned and following best practices
• Engage with stakeholders from all departments and understand their needs for technology transformation and support
• Ensure Project lifecycle processes are followed
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Define feature road-map and growth opportunities
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
• Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product components
• Identity Project risks from timeline, resourcing and operational dependencies
• Follow our competitors and the industry
• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends, suggest enhancements to software delivery processes and bring them to life
• Others Tasks are assigned by CIO

• Having background in IT field or relevant
• Previous working experience as a Project Manager for at least 2 year(s)
• Experience running and in-depth knowledge of Sprints, Agile/Scrum or Kanban
• Knowledge of tools like Smartsheet, Jira and Confluence
• PM Certifications are a plus (PMP, Scrum Master/CSPO)
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinker with a vision
• Attention to details
