Mô tả công việc
- Create and tract detailed project plan
- Define and manage project micromanagement, monitor progress
- Lead project planning sessions
- Ensure project meets deadlines
- Monitor and manage scope
- Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives
- Creates and facilitates internal project approval documents
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Deal with project change management
- Escalate to higher management if needed
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
- Manage all project artefacts/deliverables
- Manage all project methodology artefacts (and internal FEC documents)
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Lead process of issue identification and resolution
- Facilitate in team conflicts
- Motive the project team
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Monitor the vendors performance as per contractual SLAs
- Approve and handover vendor’s deliveries
- Approve vendor’s payment milestones
- Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors
- Track the project cost as per approved budget
- Keep the project within approved budget
- Manage project evaluation and closure
- Create lesson learnt; share lesson learnt with related colleagues
- Operational tasks

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree, preferably in IT or technical areas
- At least 3 years working experiences in project management
- 1 year of experience in managerial positions
- Previous experience in IT role (BA, developer…) is a plus
- Previous experience in banking/consumer finance is a plus
- Project management skills (PMBok, Agile, Scrum)
- Experience of developing IT systems for business process automation, front end and back end solutions
SOA principles
- BPMN, UML, IDEF0
- SQL, XML – basics
- Any OOP or script language – base level
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations and ability to work in a team environment
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of complex business solutions and technical understanding
- Resource Management
- Ability to prioritize
- Alignment with different organization cultures
- Ability to work under high pressure
