JD
● Build a customer facing product across the whole software development life cycle
● Manages project scope
● Deliver defined project outcomes on time, within budget and with a high level of quality
● Documents, reviews and ensures that all quality and change control standards are met
● Creates, monitors, tracks, and adjusts project plans based on critical milestones
● Identifies, defines, and makes recommendations to mitigate risks

We prefer the following skills and background:
● Excellent scope management skills
● Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
● Excellent soft skills for communications at all business levels as well as relationship management with product owner team and stakeholders
● Present direction, project plan, high-level overview to the various business teams – ability to create presentations audience-specific
● Report on project progress: weekly status reports, monthly project reviews, etc
● Coordination: running testing teams
● Knowledge of project management tool like Asana

Advantage to have:
● Knowledge of hospitality industry is a plus
● Understand of software security is a plus
● 3+ years experience with software development
● 4+ years experience with project management
● Experience with CI/CD workflow
● Knowledge at least one of following programing language: PHP, C#/ASP.NET, Java, NodeJS
● Running Scrum: Run daily standups, assist with Blockers, drive improvement

● Ability to show past work is a plus
