IT - Project Assistant

- Develop and/or assist in the development of new and existing IT software application and systems development efforts.
- Assist with encoding, testing, debugging, and documenting small programs or program modules.
- Assist in the analysis of problems as defined by the systems analysts and expand the definitions to be suitable to the programmer's requirements.
- Be responsible for writing computer programs and connecting programs and databases to the Web.
- Responsible for writing program documentation.
- Perform moderately complex programming and debugging and modifying existing programs for specific users.
- Develop more efficient programming techniques.
- Assist IT Dept. staff with programming questions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- University degree in English/ Chinese/ Japanese/ Korean studies;
- At least 2 years experience in the field of interpretation/translation;
- Experience in working within an international organ
- Hard working, trustful, enthusiastic, responsibilityization and/or international development assistance project;
- Excellent spoken, written and communicative skills in both languages;
- Good computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, and Power Point)
- Good group working, can work under pressure

- Opportunity to learn korean language
