IT Products Buyer/purchasing (from 2 Years Exprience)

Key Responsibilities
 In charge of purchasing process including sourcing, selection of suppliers, process PO, payment processing and all necessary update to inventory and reporting, in accordance to applicable policies and the guidance from Contract Management Manager
 Developing the strong suppliers network aligned with Business and sales strategies through potential vendor search, vendor evaluation and selection tools, vendor selection. Managing supplier profiles and periodically review to update
 Managing sale process with finance team.
 Supporting the overall project management.
 Managing administrative work related to business support activities
 Managing the store work records & inventory

Working location: In Petroland Tower - Dist 7, HCM City

 Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Trade/ Economy
 Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT/ Software/ Hardware Industry Purchasing or Contract
 Experience and know-how of Purchase, Contract, Forwarding, Software/Hardware
 Result oriented and have commitment to long term stay
 Effective communication and negotiation skills
 Ability to work hard under pressure and enthusiastic
 Good command in English
 Good personality, problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
 Good computer skills in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point), E-mail and Internet
 Can work independently and work as a team
 Time and task management skills
