IT PMO and Governance Manager

Objective
IT PMO and Governance Manager is responsible for providing the company with reliable, secure and prompt support in areas of IT projects management, maintain agreed IT service level, system’s availability.

Key responsibilities
• Plays an integral role during the initial planning stages for any IT project or business’s change requests, creates structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market and budget constraints. Tracking deadline and provide status update of projects/financial.
• Be a partner with colleagues in different roles to identify dependencies and possible issues across teams.
• Works with project teams to ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available.
• Creation and maintenance of IT service delivery and service level agreements, BCP (Business Continuity Planning), system performance, audit gap closing, IT process reviews.
• IT budget planning, controlling and reporting, IT cost allocation.
• Work with ITHO compliance to apply bank’s policy and governance content to Fico system/projects.
• Ensure user creation, user system access requests are reviewed properly, escalate cases whenever needed.

Background
• University degree in computer science
• 4 year of experience in IT management position.
• Tangible experience in project management.
• Broad knowledge of IT technology and processes.
• Proven experience in providing service to internal/external stakeholders.
