IT Pm, Risk and Security Manager

1) Project Management:
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

2) Risk & Security Management
• Responsible for developing and managing Information Systems cyber security, including disaster recovery, database protection and software development.
• Manages IT security analysts to ensure that all applications are functional and secure.
• Develops and delivers IT security standards, best practices, architecture and systems to ensure information system security across the enterprise.
• Implements procedures and methods for auditing and addressing non-compliance to information security standards.
• Migrates non-compliant IT environments to compliant IT environments

3) BCP management:
The responsibility is to outline the role of the business continuity coordinators and enhance awareness of activities associated with continuity planning and crisis management:
• Act as the primary contact and coordination point for GVL’s Business Continuity Planning Office.
• Maintain the Business Continuity Plan and support, when necessary, to the Business Continuity Planning Office testing and exercise sessions.
• Contribute to the enhancement of GVL’s overall Business Continuity Program through collaborative efforts spearheaded by the Business Continuity Planning Office.

4) IT Audit support:
• Support administratively and functionally in ad-hoc and regular organizational audit.
• Support in the administrative tracking of audits, the audit follow up schedule, and centrally storing audit reports
• Advise team to resolve audit point and work as IT department’s representative to communicate with external audit

1) Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Computer, Computer Engineering or IT related fields

2) Experience:
• At least 6 – 7-year experience in IT, 2-year experience at the same position
• Experience in IT Project management and execution
• Experience in IT security, Risk and BCP
• Experience in Life Insurance domain would be an advantage
• Experience in IT Audit process and support

3) Skills:
• Good in IT Risk and Security management skill
• Good interpersonal skill;
• Good communication (both verbal and writing) skills;
• Able to work under high pressure;
• Able to work independently and good working relationship with other departments.
