Vietnam Investments Group is seeking a potential candidate for IT Operation Manager, working for VIG's project - a next-generation marketing and payment platform that connects market-leading brands with consumers through a simple-to-use, fully integrated and data-driven coalition loyalty program. The detail job descriptions are as below:
• Managing cloud solutions for loyalty project and others
• Managing all IT Development platforms such as DevOps, Code managements, Cloud environment.
• Responsible for the overall effectiveness of the internal operations
• Develop all related policies, procedures, and controls to ensure effective and efficient operations
• Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and develop reports to present operating results to the VP of Operation
• Lead the preparation of short-term and long-term operating plans and budgets based on organizational goals and growth objectives
• Continuously ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Team Development
• Lead and develop the teams to ensure their professional growth
• Ensure staff receives appropriate training
• Support the recruitment function for the operations team

Qualifications & Experience/Knowledge & Skills/Language:
• BS/MS in Computer Science or other related Degrees.
• Ideally 8-10 years of experience in an IT Operations or FinTech or Financial institution
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic and operational plans.
• Excellent organizational, planning, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of customer service and strong willingness to work in the field
• Experience managing and motivating staff
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and training skills
• Excellent technical report writing skills and computer literacy
• Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken
• BS/MS in Computer Science or other related Degrees.
