Mô tả công việc
• Monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting network, switching infrastructure to agreed service levels
• Support end user in using computer.
• Performing Cisco Firewall Configuration, troubleshooting and Administration
• Perform root cause analysis on reoccurring incidents
• Contributing to delivering team performance
• Provide advice and guidance to the technical specialist team and act as an escalation point within the function where required.
• Monitoring and support for Database testing (SQL) – Training will be provided.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Good background with core network technologies in maintenance and deployments
• 2-5 years’ experience;
• Good working knowledge and experience in Cisco devices, LAN & WAN, Routing Protocols. Have certificate of CCNA and/or CCNP is preferable.
• Good knowledge of database SQL and others are a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot complex, technical, multi-site and multi-disciplinary problems and incidents
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Good English communications skills, both oral and written. Ideally, experience of working for an international company with travel to and from Vietnam
• Degree in Computer Science
• 2-5 years’ experience;
