Mô tả công việc
- Manage an IT helpdesk, logging all requests into the corporate helpdesk system, and assigning to the appropriate resolution queues
- Providing initial fault diagnosis and triage for minor issues, and co-ordinating with other level 2 and level 3 resources to resolve and fix major issues as part of the Global IT team
- Assist in the build and deployment of new IT equipment and applications
- Liaise and manage local IT equipment vendors and support agents on behalf of the Group IS&T Manager
- Source Local IT equipment to fit specifications as required.
- Facilitate communication between the group IT team and the AV operations, including broadcasting any outage notices
- Provide local IT advice and training on corporate applications where required.

- Support local management to capture requirements for new solutions and processes and feed back to Corporate IT for actionin
- Receipting of materials-related invoices in Pronto, making sure that 3-way matching is observed;
- Company-issued mobile phone monitoring and administration;
- Coordination, monitoring and resolution of Pronto issues;
- Upload and upkeep of all required IT documents into BMS;
- Extend support to other finance functions as necessary during crititcal periods such as month-end close and half-year and year-end audits

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2 years of systems or IT experience including system support, integration, design, analysis and implementation.
- Working knowledge of the processes and procedures of an ITIL service desk function, with demonstrable knowledge of Incident, Issue, Problem, Change and Configuration management procedures.
- Good written and verbal skills in English
- Practical knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, Cisco switching and routing, Wireless networking and internet security and connectivity.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7 and Windows 10, Windows Server 2008, VMWare)
- Practical knowledge of print queue and printer setup Preferably has the following: Microsoft Certifications such as MCSE, MCP or other ; Cisco Qualifications or training towards CCENT, CCNA, CCDA, CCNP or other ; ITIL V3 foundation or practitioner qualifications
- Experience in applications such as Pronto, 2 Interact, SharePoint, Microsoft SCCM
- Practical knowledge of print queue and printer setup Preferably has the following:
- Microsoft Certifications such as MCSE, MCP or other
- Cisco Qualifications or training towards CCENT, CCNA, CCDA, CCNP or other.
- ITIL V3 foundation or practitioner qualifications
- Experience in applications such as Pronto, 2 Interact, SharePoint, Microsoft SCCM
