Mô tả công việc
- Technical support(maintain, troubleshoot and solve) for the problem with the software (remote or walk to), IT equipment (PC, peripherals, network connections, PBX,ect) of Air Liquide Vietnam sites, follow up the issue by E-Support system.
- Support to deploy the applications/projects to ALV users
- Train the end users about IT policies, improve IT skills of end user to work with AL system
- Process a part of ERP daily based on the checklist
- Report the performance to IT Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University/College of Information Technology
- New fresh or experienced
- Knowledge on Oracle/ERP is a plus
