• Reports To : Head of T&O
Job Purpose
• Support HCM Branch in all IT and Information Security Related functions; review & update processes; operating manuals; ensure compliance with HO IT and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with regional office for all IT matters including deploying new initiatives, reportings and projects
• Coordinate with local stakehoders for local and regional projects involving IT
Key Accountabilities
1) Deliver quality service to all units (stakeholders) with the Branch adopting sound IT management and Information Security control processes to ensure compliance with local regulatory and HO guidelines
2) Ensure smooth operations of the Branch’s systems and IT process through periodic systems review; systems accesses review and control processes review, leading to full compliance with HO IT and regulatory requirements
3) To spearhead Branch’s IT system enhancement; process enhancement and IT aspect of new product and new process requirements. Be the main coordinator between Branch business and suport users and HO IT’s subject matter effrots in all IT related matters
4) Ensure compliance with physical securities and control
Job Duties & responsibilities
• To function as IT Help Desk and System Administrator for all operating systems and servers; control; review and administer excesses to systems
• To coordinate with regional Tech team for all IT related matters / updates for Vietnam
• To support in overal physical security control for Vietnam branch
• Establish and review IT and Information Security related manuals; ensure they are in compliance with HO and regulatory requirements
• Maintain and administer local systems such as CITAD; regulatory reporting systems and any local application
• Support in preparation, review and control IT budget, ensure that IT requirements budgeted and IT expenses are managed within approved budget
• Perform periodic review to all IT systems and gadget; ensure that they are well serviced and functioning at all times
• Supervise IT service provider; ensure that they carry out periodic IT servicing as per service agreement
• To control all systems issue logs and follow up with HO IT to resolve issues promptly
• To take charge new User Requests and follow up through the end to end process till its successful implementation
• To take Charge of IT aspects of all new products; new process and new regulatory requirements
• To be part of Branch’s BCP core team member; review and maintain branch’s BCP needs
• Submit monthly IT Report to Head of T&O, to highlight key events and activities performed during the month
• To other projects and assignments as assigned by Head of T&O from time to time

Education / Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree / Diploma or professional qualification
Technical Competencies
• 3-5 years IT management experience preferably in a Banking environment
• Analytical thinking, meticulous and proactive
• Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Work as a team
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Able to lead projects
• Bachelors Degree / Diploma or professional qualification
Technical Competencies
• 3-5 years IT management experience preferably in a Banking environment
